I would suggest browsing through the SAGE homepage at http://www.sagemath.org.  There, you will most certainly find a ton of information (especially in the documentation).

I truly believe that a solution like this would be most excellent for students who are already spending an arm and leg in tuition costs let alone expensive mathematics software.  Plus, this program will be available to those who run Windows, Mac, Linux, FreeBSD, or whatever.  What could be better from the standpoint of a student?

I hope you do find it as worthwhile and interesting as I did.</description>

I&#039;m a brazilian newbie in Linux, it&#039;s so fine, because Linux gives us great opportunities of learning and inventing things. Well, i read about SAGE, it would be marvelous having a free software with Mapple or Mathematica funcionalities. As a Physics professor it would be nice using it. do u have more informations about it?

I am using ur tutorial about configuring and runnir a web server usind Fedora 8, its fine.
