Run Linux Kernel Inside a Browser

An excellently novel idea! Not sure what I would use it for, but it’s there. I can compile a program, run it, edit it in vi, and do all sorts of stuff. What would you find useful about having a Linux shell in a browser?

    I… uh… wow.

Hmmmmmm. I suppose you could mount the cookie store as a filesystem. That might not be a bad way to poke around in it. The user would have to enable a security exception for that, of course, but I could see it potentially being useful. I wonder if you could use something like a form post to upload a local file…?
